Returns & Exchanges

At Scorpion GI, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the GI or sports gear is clean and include all original tags; place the items securely back in the original shipping mailer or a similar box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size.
